The faint dwarf nova in Pegasus CSS 091027:222548+252511 (16.3-20.0
according to AAVSO VSX) is in outburst on MASTER-Amur survey image
obtained at 17:15:41 UT on 2012-08-08:
20120808.720 16.75 CR MASTER-Amur
This CV is quite a frequent outburster (CRTS light curve at
http://nesssi.cacr.caltech.edu/catalina/20091027/910271261094101150p.html
shows 7 outbursts since 2005 with the most recent one in June 2012),
but I thought I would mention this one because of two facts: 1) the
orbital period seems to be unknown; 2) this is the first outburst of
the known DN since the recent change of the way MASTER is treating
bright states of the catalogued variable stars. Until July 2012
automatic transient search software was ignoring known variables, but
since this August robots are providing the separate list of stars in
AAVSO VSX whose brightness has increased by 2m or more from the
previously observed value. Hopefully we will not miss more important
outbursts in MASTER data now!
