MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope has visited the region of Milky
Way in Aquila on Oct. 04th and in 19 minutes discovered two dwarf
novae (mag. 16.8 and 15.2) at galactic latitudes -13 and -7 deg. They
were reported in Astronomer's Telegram ATel #4458 today, see
<http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=4458>.

The fainter J194741.84-020348.9 was found by D. Denisenko, and the
brighter J192739.31+020014.3 - by P. Balanutsa.

This variable is 3' south from Mira variable TU Aql. The field is very
crowded. The light of the CV can be contaminated by two nearby stars -
red one to the West and another to the East.
