CSS J071126.0+440405 bright state

   (= OT J071126.0+440405 = CSS 081231:071126+440405)

   Colin Littlefield has reported that this eclipsing polar
is in high state.  The object is at 14.4CV and there was
a prominent pre-eclipse dip (depth: ~1.3 mag).
