Just published in ATel #4515, <http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=4515>:

MASTER OT J203749.39+552210.3 - new bright CV with outburst amplitude 7m

Discovered by Pavel Balanutsa on two survey images taken by
MASTER-Amur robotic telescope on 2012-10-22.466 and 22.498 UT.
Unfiltered magnitudes:

  20121005.526 <187 MASTER-Amur (no detection)
  20121022.466 140 MASTER-Amur
  20121022.498 141 MASTER-Amur

This object is identical to the faint blue star visible on DSS plates
GSC 2.3.2 (R.A.=20 37 49.310, Dec.=+55 22 09.65, Fmag=20.38,
jmag=21.31). This area is not covered by SDSS, GALEX and CSS. No
previous outbursts were detected on 12 Palomar plates taken from 1952
July 30 to 1994 Aug. 14, as well as on 3 Palomar/NEAT images of 2002
Sep. 23 and Heidelberg plates of 1905 June 04 and 1919 July 04.

This is likely a superoutburst of the new UGSU or UGWZ dwarf nova.
Follow up observations are encouraged. The discovery and reference
images are available at:
http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/203749.39552210.3.png and the
color-combined (BRIR) image at
http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J203749+552210-BRIR.jpg (5'x5'
FOV). The galactic latitude is +8.5 deg. The new CV is in Cygnus, 6'
north of the known eclipsing variable V1787 Cyg (12.4-13.6m).
