MASTER robotic telescopes have observed the position of CRTS transient
CSS121120:030917+314041 between the last quiescent CSS image and Nov.
20 discovery image. The star was at quiescence on Nov. 03 MASTER-Tunka
image (180 sec unfiltered exposure) and in bright outburst on two Nov.
05 MASTER-Amur images (60 sec exposures).

20121103.751 <178C MASTER-Tunka
20121105.843 14.09C MASTER-Amur
20121105.876 14.12C MASTER-Amur
The outburst was rejected by the automatic transient search system due
to the large FWHM value caused by the elongation of star images (poor
tracking). The OT detection limit is set at FWHM<5.0, and this object
had FWHM=6.1 and 6.3 in one tube and 5.0 (!!!) on both images in the
other tube.
The contamination from the nearby star USNO-B1.0 1216-0041793
(R2=18.80) 5" to the West from the variable is negligeable.

P.S. No previous outbursts were detected on 37 Palomar-NEAT images
obtained on 12 different nights from 1997 Dec. 26 to 2003 Feb. 01.
