This dwarf nova in Andromeda (see [vsnet-alert 15007]) is again in
outburst on the image from Bradford Robotic Telescope:

DDE 31 = GALEX J021317.1+460643 = SDSS J021317.18+460643.4
  20121215.022  162CR  BRT  outburst

Comparison star used: R=13.5 on the color-combined DSS finder chart
http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/DDE31-BRIR10x10.jpg

Previous outbursts were also detected near the same 15th day of
September and October:

  20120914.162  170CR  BRT
  20121015.145  163CR  BRT

Nightly monitoring is strongly encouraged. This may be a new variable
of Z Cam type. Both USNO and SDSS catalogs have it neither at minimum
(~19.0) nor at maximum (~16.2), but in the intermediate state (u=18.46
g=18.54 r=18.42 i=18.13 z=18.08 in SDSS, R=17.8 B=17.3 in USNO-A2.0,
B1=17.26 R1=17.81 B2=18.60 R2=18.04 in USNO-B1.0).

Please keep in mind that this CV is just 12' away from MASTER OT
J021216.01+461154.5 with the bright outburst detected on 2012 Jan. 29.
