It is a 423 d. mira, IRAS 10394-6330, spectral type M9 with a maximum
magnitude in ASAS-3 of 11.5 in the visual and a minimum fainter than 16.8
according to Skiff's spectral type catalogue.

One of those rather bright miras that are still unnoticed.
You can submit it to VSX using the above information and ASAS as the
reference.
