Vladislav Shumkov has found the new optical transient in Aries on two
MASTER-Amur survey images with unfiltered magnitude 16.1 on 2013 Jan.
09.479 UT. It was reported in ATel #4722
<http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=4722> as MASTER OT
J020106.28+115504.5.

There is an object SDSS J020106.28+115502.4 in 2" from the OT labeled
as GALAXY in SDSS DR8:
http://skyserver.sdss3.org/dr8/en/tools/explore/obj.asp?id=1237678920217592170
However, its magnitudes are consistent with those of a blue star:
u=23.69(83), g=22.73(16), r=23.02(35), i=23.05(51), z=22.56(71). There
is also a possible faint UV counterpart within 2" of the OT - GALEX
J020106.4+115504 (FUV=N/A, NUV=23.18+/-0.67).

Based on the amplitude of variability (~7m) we suggest that MASTER OT
J020106.28+115504.5 is most likely a dwarf nova of UGSU or UGWZ type
in superoutburst. Photometric observations are required.
