This poorly studied dwarf nova in Andromeda discovered by P. Balanutsa
from MASTER-Tunka images on 2012 Jan. 29.577 UT (see ATel #3898) is
again in outburst exactly a year after the initial detection, on 2013
Jan. 29!

MASTER OT J021216.01+461154.5
  20130115.633 <184C MASTER-Kislovodsk
  20130122.496 <177C MASTER-Amur
  20130129.919 156C BRT

That's the first outburst of this CV detected by Bradford Robotic
Telescope since I have started monitoring it in August 2012. A total
of 15 BRT images were obtained in the last 5.5 months, and another
dwarf nova DDE 31 was discovered in this field (see [vsnet-alert
15007] for details).

MASTER OT J021216.01+461154.5 itself is identical to the star SDSS
J021216.01+461155.1 (u=19.14 g=19.18 r=18.52 i=18.11 z=17.71) and also
has an UV counterpart GALEX J021216.0+461154 (FUV=20.32+/-0.15,
NUV=20.30+/-0.14).

Curiously enough, at the date of discovery OT J021216.01+461154.5 was
the brightest CV detected by MASTER. At the moment it is only ranked
12th among the dwarf novae in the list of MASTER OTs which can be
found at http://observ.pereplet.ru/MASTER-OT-mag.html (sorted by
magnitude).
