CSS J174033.5+414756: clearly positive Pdot

   Osaka Kyoiku U. team (Miho Kawabata, Kazunari Masumoto,
relayed by Katsura Matsumoto), Maeda-san, Crimean Astrophys. Obs.
team (Oksdana Antonyuk, relayed by Elena Pavlenko) and
Kyoto team (T. Ohshima, C. Nakata, T. Kato) reported new
observations.  The data now very clearly show a positive Pdot
with +1.7(2)*10^(-5).  The mean period is 0.045519(3) d.
