[vsnet-alert 15729] S Aps Apparent Decline Onset

The southern RCB star S Aps is outside its normal range at maximum and
appears to have commenced a decline as indicated by the below visual
observations:

All observations with 20x80mm binoculars except on 18.493 with 30cm scope.
