Note: typical photometric errors of these observations were about
0.07m, so it is hard to say if the fading by 0.2m in 45 minutes was
real or not.

There is nothing at this position on the color-combined SDSS image to
the limiting magnitude ~23 or even fainter. The outburst amplitude is
~7m or more, hence the object is likely a dwarf nova of UGWZ (WZ Sge)
subtype. Photometric observations are encouraged!
