Following [vsnet-alert 15790] and ATel 5098, I report the additional
observations of the UGWZ cadnidate in Lacerta J221926.10+395436.3 from
MASTER robotic telescopes, including prediscovery detection by
MASTER-Kislovodsk two nights before MASTER-Tunka and the latest
pre-outburst non-detection by MASTER-Amur 3 weeks ago:

MASTER OT J221926.10+395436.3
  20130513.664 <182 MASTER-Amur
  20130531.982 15.82 MASTER-Kislovodsk
  20130601.011 16.34 MASTER-Kislovodsk
  20130602.741 16.05 MASTER-Tunka
  20130602.772 16.15 MASTER-Tunka
  20130602.774 16.25 MASTER-Tunka
  20130604.863 16.95 MASTER-Kislovodsk

The fading by 0.5m in 40 minutes on the night from May 31st to June
1st is real, so the object should have a large-amplitude orbital
variability. (Too large for superhumps, I would say!) Please give it a
try before the variable has faded below 17m.

Improved position from MASTER-Kislovodsk (average of 6 measurements):
22 19 26.08 +39 54 35.5
The nearest object in SDSS DR8 (red star SDSS J221925.85+395428.6 with
g=22.54, r=20.78, i=19.58) is 7.4" away (2.6" west, 6.9" south of the
variable).
