Dear All,

STScI is no looking into the possibility to observe OR And
with HST in its current low state. It will probably still be a
few weeks before they can schedule the observations, but
in the meantime, please keep monitoring this VY Scl star,
to be sure that we have a good light curve once the HST
observations are scheduled.
