Sergey Shurpakov has found a new large-amplitude dwarf nova in
MASTER-Amur images. It was just published in ATel #5196, see

MASTER OT J181953.76+361356.5

The object at minimum has a blue magnitude jmag=21.58 in GSC 2.3.2.
Color-combined DSS finder chart:

zoom). There is also an UV counterpart GALEX J181953.9+361358
(FUV=22.39+/-0.27 NUV=21.76+/-0.19).

Discovery and reference images:

No previous outbursts were detected on DSS plates, in NEAT images, by
Catalina Sky Survey and in MASTER database. Object is most likely a
rarely outbursting dwarf nova of WZ Sge (UGWZ) subtype. Time-resolved
photometry is strongly encouraged.

The new variable is located in Lyra, 10' North of the bright star
kappa Lyrae and 0.5' W 0.6' N of TYC 2635-1196-1 (V=9.77, B=10.93). It
currently culminates 40 minutes before the local midnight.
