No previous outbursts were detected on DSS plates, in NEAT images, by
Catalina Sky Survey and in MASTER database. Object is most likely a
rarely outbursting dwarf nova of WZ Sge (UGWZ) subtype. Time-resolved
photometry is strongly encouraged.

The new variable is located in Lyra, 10' North of the bright star
kappa Lyrae and 0.5' W 0.6' N of TYC 2635-1196-1 (V=9.77, B=10.93). It
currently culminates 40 minutes before the local midnight.
