MASTER OT J181953.76+361356.5: stage A-B transition

   Kasai-san and Kyoto team (Nakata, Ohshima, Kato) reported
new observations.  A clear stage A-B transition was recorded.
Although the baseline for stage B is still too short to determine
the period, the alias around 0.057 d is secure.
Further observations are encouraged.
