ASASSN-13as: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova Pavol A. Dubovsky reported observations (July 1-4). The data showed fully developed superhumps with a mean period of 0.07258(2) d. There was some indication of a period decrease between July 1 and 2. This may have been either stage A-B or stage B-C transition.
