This is 2MASS J04435721+1829303 and it is rather faint in the infrared (J= 
13.3) so it is likely not a red semiregular but an SRD with a period of 164 
d. according to CRTS data:

According to the Ephemeris is heading for a maximum around August 25 so it 
is very likely that is rapidly rising these days.
