Definitely a CV. Another outburst was observed by NEAT on 2002 July
18. Object has faded by July 28 (see the animation of July 18 and 28
combined triplets):

One more outburst was observed by MASTER-Amur on 2011 July 26, but not
detected as an OT due to the absence of reference images early in the
project.
