[vsnet-alert 16428] MASTER OT J062323.48+730744.0 outburst

This CV in Camelopardalis discovered 7 months ago by V. Yecheistov
(ATel #4821) is in outburst on MASTER-Amur images from last night.

Errors of photometry are 0.02m.

Four previous outbursts from MASTER database were listed in
[vsnet-alert 15413]. The current magnitude is the brightest observed
for this star so far, 0.3m brighter than the 14.7-<19.0 range listed
in AAVSO VSX. February outburst was reported 5 days after the
detection, and no time-resolved photometry was obtained then. This
outburst is still very young. Time series are encouraged.

Star was in outburst on the infrared Palomar plate, hence such a color.
