[vsnet-alert 16509] MASTER OT J212624.16+253827.2 outburst

This UGSU-type dwarf nova in Vulpecula (see ATel #5111 and
[vsnet-alert 15809]) is in outburst again 4 months after the
discovery.

June outburst was well covered by Sergey Shugarov and Pavol Dubovsky,
see [vsnet-alert 15821], 15829, 15833, 15842 and 15847. Period was
increasing from 0.09103d to 0.09129d, showing Pdot of +26(3)*10^(-5).
