MASTER OT J234843.23+250250.4: core-striped ultracompact binary?

   Masi team (Gianluca Masi, Patrick Schmeer, Francesca Nocentini)
and Osaka Kyoiku U. team (Hirochika Nishino, Daisuke Sakai, 
Kazunari Masumoto, Daiki Fukushima, relayed by Matsura Matsumoto)
reported observations.  My impression is that the period is
0.03200 d, rather than its double.  The object is a good candidate
for another core-striped ultracompact binary or an AM CVn-type
object.  Spectroscopic observation is highly wanted.
Further observations are naturally requested.
