OT J085300.6+020425 = Catalibna transient

   CRTS has detected this object (=CSS131207:085301+020425).
No previous outburst was detected in the CRTS data.
The object was recorded twice in SDSS, and one of which
was recorded during outburst (g=15.0).  The SDSS spectrum was
that of a dwarf nova (above quiescence?) with Balmer emission lines.
The other SDSS detection (g=21.5, u-g=-0.4) was in quiescence.
The amplitude and color suggest an SU UMa-type dwarf nova.
Observations are encouraged.
