MASTER OT J162323.48+782603.3: superhumps

   Neustroev's team (Vitaly Neustroev and George Sjoberg) 
and Ian Miller have reported new observations.  The object
showed large-amplitude superhumps since Dec. 14.
The period has been determined to be 0.08857(5) d.
The variation of the period may corresponds to
stage A-B transition.  Further observations are required
to identify the nature of the periods.
