MASTER OT J162323.48+782603.3: persisting superhumps

   S.Shugarov and D.Chochol have reported new observations
up to Dec. 28.  Their observations after the rapid fading
showed a period of 0.08890 d.  An O-C analysis indicates
that there was no phase jump during the fading phase.
Although the overall Pdot looks like positive, it may
be an effect of the reduced pressure effect after
the fading.
