Pavel Balanutsa has found new large amplitude dwarf nova in Canis
Minor among the MASTER-Amur transients on December 29th. The object
was first detected on 2013-12-29.628 UT at 15.4m rising to 15.2m in 45
minutes (Dec. 29.660-29.663 UT). It was confirmed with the same
telescope at 15.2m on Dec. 30.631 UT. The discovery has been published
in ATel #5708, see http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=5708

Coordinates: 07 32 08.11 +06 41 49.5

There is nothing at this position in any catalogs. However, a faint
blue object (~22m) is marginally visible on the sum of digitized
Palomar plates. The nearest ~19m object in USNO-B1.0 and GSC 4.5" due
north of the OT is probably an unrelated galaxy.

Object is likely a dwarf nova of WZ Sge (UGWZ) type in superoutburst.
Photometric time series are strongly encouraged.
