I have found new cataclysmic variable in Ursa Minor in MASTER data
from the last night. It was just published together with 9 other
optical transients in ATel #5710, see
http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=5710

Star is fainter than 20m at quiescence:
USNO-B1.0 1732-0032379 (15 52 15.148 +83 14 24.26 pmRA=-28 pmDE=-12
B1=20.04 R1=N/A B2=15.42 R2=N/A I=15.48).

It was in outburst on 1996-06-13 blue DSS plate and 1998-06-18
infrared plate. Comparison of 1996 June 13 and July 04 blue Palomar
plates is uploaded to
http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J155215+831424-DSS-B-anim.gif

There is an UV counterpart with two entries in GALEX data: GALEX
J155215.4+831424 (FUV=18.17+/-0.06 NUV=18.32+/-0.04) and GALEX
J155215.5+831424 (FUV=18.73+/-0.07 NUV=18.48+/-0.04).

Object is likely a dwarf nova of UGSU (SU UMa) type in superoutburst.
Time-resolved photometry is encouraged.

Happy New Year full of bright outbursts in both hemispheres!
