MASTER-Kislovodsk has detected this dwarf nova in Draco (discovered by
ASAS-SN on 2013 July 01, see vsnet-alert 15892) in outburst last
night:

ASASSN-13az
  20140101.853 14.59C MASTER-Kislovodsk
  20140101.854 14.57C MASTER-Kislovodsk
  20140101.855 14.58C MASTER-Kislovodsk
  20140101.887 14.53C MASTER-Kislovodsk
  20140101.888 14.57C MASTER-Kislovodsk
  20140101.889 14.60C MASTER-Kislovodsk

Previous outburst in MASTER database (a year before ASAS-SN discovery):

  20120723.622 14.29C MASTER-Amur
  20120723.647 14.36C MASTER-Amur

Coordinates from AAVSO VSX:
18 42 58.18 +73 42 28.5

I have created color-combined finder chart from the digitized Palomar
plates. The variable appears to be a western component of a double
star. The brighter component is about 3" East of the variable and
strongly affects the magnitude estimates. ASASSN-13az outburst
amplitude may be about 5m. High resolution imaging is needed to
measure the exact position and magnitude range of this CV.
