[vsnet-alert 16757] DDE 31 bright outburst!

This CV in Andromeda (see [vsnet-alert 15007] for more details) is in
early stage of outburst! First the brightening was detected on
Bradford Robotic Telescope image on the last night. Then confirmation
images were obtained with MASTER-Amur telescope. The star has
definitely brightened to full maximum in 12 hours!

This outburst can be a superoutburst. Time-resolved photometry is
encouraged. SDSS colors do not contradict to the UGSU nature of this
variable:
SDSS J021317.18+460643.4 (u=18.46 g=18.54 r=18.42 i=18.13 z=18.08).
