Amplitude of outburst is at least 6m. The object is most likely a
dwarf nova of SU UMa (UGSU) type in superoutburst, maybe even an UGWZ.
Time-resolved photometry is encouraged.
Object is currently at 65 deg elongation from the Sun, so the
observing conditions are difficult. However, there are several hours
of morning visibility in high northern latitudes (Russia, Scandinavia,
Canada) and the orbital period is expected to be short.
