Discovery circumstances have been added:
"Discovered by S. Furuyama, Ibaraki-ken, Japan, on two frames
using 200-mm f/2.8 lens + CCD under the limiting magnitude = 12.5,
who writes nothing is visible on twenty or more frames taken since
2012 August using same patrol camera and also says T. Noguchi
has confirmed this PNV around Jan. 27.8 UT."

R.A. 18h25m08.60s  Decl.  -22°36'02.4"  (J2000.0)
8.7 mag (unfiltered) on 2014 January 26.857 UT
