This CV is Bootes discovered by MASTER a year ago (15.4m on 2013 Feb.
13.765 UT, 15.5m on 2013 Feb. 14.937, see ATel #4814) is again in
outburst in MASTER-Amur data. Moreover, this area of sky was observed
by the same telescope just two nights before, and the object was not
there. So, the current outburst has been caught at the early stage.
Brightness suggests it is a superoutburst.
