[vsnet-alert 16985] MASTER OT J162323.48+782603.3 outburst

This UGSU-type dwarf nova in Ursa Minor (see [vsnet-alert 16697] and
ATel #5643) is again in outburst 3 months after the discovery on 2013

During the December 2013 outburst the mean superhump period was
measured to be 0.08853(3)d from observations by Vitaly Neustroev &
George Sjoberg team and Ian Miller [vsnet-alert 16723]. Persistent
superhumps with a period of 0.08890d were detected by S.Shugarov and
D.Chochol even after the rapid fading up to Dec. 28 [vsnet-alert
16735].

MASTER OT J162323.48+782603.3 = SDSS J162323.38+782603.6 (u=18.62
g=18.37 r=18.37 i=18.28 z=17.91)
