From ATEL 5973. This is another SU UMa-type candidate.

MASTER OT J194443.38+005637.4 - new CV
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec)
= 19h 44m 43.38s +00d 56m 37.4s on 2014-03-10.07097 UT. The OT unfiltered
magnitude is 15.8m (limit 17.5m). The OT is seen in 6 images. There is
no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2012-06-22.86828
UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 18.7m.
There is a blue star at this position on digitized Palomar plates. It is
present in USNO-B catalogue with the following coordinates and magnitudes:
USNO-B1.0 0909-0467658 (19 44 43.411 +00 56 37.98 B1=N/A R1=18.69 B2=17.55
R2=N/A I=N/A). The star is showing large variability on Palomar plates.

(2x zoom). There is nothing at this position in 1RXS, 2MASS, GCVS and AAVSO
VSX. This area of sky in Aquila is not covered by SDSS, NEAT and CRTS.
Based on the amplitude of variability (~5m), MASTER OT J194443.38+005637.4
is a new cataclysmic variable, most likely a dwarf nova of UGSU (SU UMa)
type in outburst. Follow up observations are required. The discovery and
