MASTER-Amur robotic telescope has detected a bright outburst (probably
a superoutburst) of this dwarf nova in Lynx:

CSS J081602.4+584824
  20140318.577   152C   MASTER-Amur
  20140318.608   153C   MASTER-Amur
  20140318.666   152C   MASTER-Amur

Object is listed in AAVSO VSX as CSS120119:081602+584824 with the
variability range of 17.49-21.3 (maximum from Jan. 2012 discovery
outburst by Catalina Sky Survey, minimum from SDSS). CSS light curve
at http://nesssi.cacr.caltech.edu/catalina/20120119/1201191570254149183p.html
shows a previous detection at 15.4m on 2009-01-09 and another one at
16.0m on 2006-12-01. January 2009 outburst was likely a superoutburst.

The star was bright on 1954-01-05 blue and red POSS-I plates with the
following magnitudes in USNO-A and USNO-B catalogues:
USNO-A2.0 1425.07120023 (08 16 02.49 +58 48 24.7 R=16.5 B=16.1)
USNO-B1.0 1488-0181198 (08 16 02.523 +58 48 24.12 pmRA=12 pmDE=-16
B1=16.20 R1=16.17 B2=21.01 R2=20.29 I=N/A)

There is an UV counterpart GALEX J081602.3+584824 (FUV=22.22+/-0.42
NUV=22.34+/-0.34)

SDSS colors suggest a short orbital period:
SDSS J081602.44+584824.3 (u=21.70 g=21.44 r=21.32 i=21.19 z=20.99)
