Previous outburst was observed by MASTER-Amur on 2009 Nov. 20.363 and
20.395 UT (11.5m).
Light curve from Catalina Sky Survey also shows that outburst on
2009-11-21 at 11.9m:

The star is an UGSS variable, orbital period is long (10.57hr).
