According to my latest observations on DM Dra: 

Apr 26.951 UT   16.92(2) CV
Apr 27.184 UT   17.38(3) CV
Apr 27.843 UT   19.2(2)   CV

the eruption detected by ASAS-SN on Apr 25 must have been a normal outburst.
