ASASSN-14cl: stage A superhumps and early superhumps

   Arto Oksanen and William Stein have reported new observations.
The growing superhumps were well recorded.  The period based
on two-night data was 0.05997(7) d.  The most likely period
of early superhumps is 0.05829(2) d.  This fractional superhump
excess suggests q=0.075, typical for a WZ Sge-type dwarf nova.
