ASASSN-14cq: new WZ Sge-type dwarf nova with prominent early superhumps
> Three consecutive nights of timeseries photometry of the outbursting
> CV ASASSN-14cq show modulations of diminishing amplitude with a
> double hump profile in a continuously fading light curve.
They are early superhumps. The object is indeed a WZ Sge-type
dwarf nova. The period obtained from Monard's three nights
was 0.05663(1) d. The mean full amplitude was 0.07 mag
with a characteristic double-wave profile.
