ASASSN-14bs: SU UMa-type dwarf nova with a long period and large outburst amplitude
Josch Hambsch has reported another set of observations
on three nights. The superhump period has been determined
to be 0.07832(7) d, which is very long for the supposed
WZ Sge-type classification. During the earlier part of
the outburst, there is a hint of a period of 0.0768 d.
The object may either be an unusual WZ Sge-type dwarf nova
(even a period bouncer) or an object similar to V1251 Cyg.
Further observations are encouraged.
