FI Cet outburst

   ASAS-SN team detected an outburst of the suspected
SU UMa-type dwarf nova FI Cet = ROTSE3 J015118.59-022300.1.
The present outburst appears to be a superoutburst
and time-resolved photometry is encouraged.
No secure outburst has been reported since the discovery.
