ASASSN-14dw: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Josch Hambsch has reported observations.  The data,
although apparently disturbed by variation of the weather,
showed 0.25-mag superhumps.  The period was around 0.08 d,
which needs to be confirmed by further observations.
The object is brighter than 14 and will also be a good
target for visual monitoring.
