Jeremy Shears has reported via CVnet-Outburst mailing list a bright
outburst of this cataclysmic variable in Draco with unknown orbital
period.

1RXS J185310.0+594509 = DDE 14
  20140716.944 148C Jeremy Shears

Selected recent magnitudes from MASTER database:

1RXS J185310.0+594509 = DDE 14
  20140327.833 166C MASTER-Tunka
  20140509.748 178C MASTER-Tunka
  20140711.692 <180C MASTER-Amur

The range of variability from our discovery paper with Kirill
Sokolovsky arXiv:1007.1798 (Astron. Lett. Vol. 37, No. 2, pp. 91-99,
2011) is 15.4 I - 18.5 R. During the previous similar outburst on 2011
Nov. 22 (also at 14.8m) Jeremy Shears has detected the superhump-like
variations. The current outburst may be a superoutburst. Time series
are strongly encouraged! Unfortunately this area of sky is not covered
by SDSS (and GALEX), so no color information is available.

ID and coordinates of the variable:
USNO-B1.0 1497-0258111 18 53 09.56 +59 45 07.2

Thanks to Jeremy Shears for the continued monitoring of this star and
to Mike Simonsen for posting the outburst info on CVnet page!
