ASASSN-14cv: rise to rebrightening

   Enrique de Miguel, Crimean Astrophy. Obs. team and Michael
Richmond have reported further observations.
The rising phase of the rebrightening was observed.
The rise was relatively slow, suggesting that it may be
inside-out type.  Superhumps are well visible, and they
will be a good tracer of the (still poorly known) disk radius 
during the rebrightening phase.  Please continue observing 
as long as possible!
