ASASSN-13cx: stage B-C transition

   Ian Miller, Enrique de Miguel, Arto Oksanen and Javier Ruiz
have reported new observations.  There was apparently
stage B-C transition on Sep. 4.  The period before this
was 0.08311(8) d and it has been 0.08262(7) d since then.
The initial observation was unfortunately too late to
determine the period of stage A superhumps.
