SDSS J172325.99+330414.1 = ASASSN-14gz: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Roger Pickard and Ian Miller have reported observations.
Ian Miller's observation on Sep. 16 showed clear superhumps
(period about 0.057 d).  At the time of Pickard's observations
on Sep. 10-11, there were no superhumps.  It must have taken
some time to develop superhumps.  More observations are needed.
