OT J213806.6+261957: possible stage C

   Josch Hambsch and Pavol A. Dubovsky have reported
new observations.  The data suggest that the object
started to show stage C superhumps on Nov. 3.
The object resembles ordinary SU UMa-type dwarf nova
in many respects.
