candidate, matches to blue g=20.5 SDSS star

The object at quiescence is identical to the blue star with SDSS colors
implying short orbital period:
SDSS J022102.78+732245.2 (u=20.41 g=20.37 r=20.18 i=20.35 z=20.06)

There is an UV source with two entries in GALEX data:
GALEX J022103.0+732244 (FUV=21.27+/-0.34 NUV=21.24+/-0.22)
GALEX J022102.9+732244 (FUV=21.68+/-0.33 NUV=20.61+/-0.23)
Blue star is present on Palomar plates and in USNO-B:
USNO-B1.0 1633-0032232 (02 21 03.12 +73 22 45.6 pmRA=0 pmDE=0 B1=20.04
R1=19.17 B2=18.59 R2=19.05 I=N/A)
There is a red star 2MASS J02210401+7322465 (J=15.30 H=14.68 K=14.59) 5.8"
east of the new variable.
