V823 Cyg: possible SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Irina Voloshina (with V.Metlov) and Itoh-san have reported
observations in October.  The data showed possible superhumps
with a period around two hours.  The combined data yielded
a possible period of 0.0891(4) d with a mean amplitude of
0.06 mag.  The result needs to be confirmed by further
observations (particularly around the start of long
outbursts) since the runs were not sufficiently long
and the object was faint.
