CV-like outburst caught on the rise, but matches to a red source with 
B-R~2.0, J-K=0.8, V>17.0 on 2014-11-19.53, V=16.0 on 2014-11-20.48, V=15.5 
on 2014-11-20.53, V=13.9 on 2014-11-21.54, no CRTS data, no previous 
variability in ASAS-SN data since January 2012
